I was in Alfriston in August, and then in Dorset, seem to have been on your trial! Two sides of single (19th century) coin: Heads => overseas => the Navy, the Empire = > British; Tails => home => countryside => England.

You should have popped in for a cuppa. Did you eat at Moonrakers when you were in Alfriston?
